Weekender Bag
For tangible goods such as clothing, accessories, craft items and books, you must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the item to initiate the return/ exchange process. You must contact us via email: info@mossylist.com with your order number to begin the process and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may return only new and unopened products in their original packaging for a refund or store credit. The buyer must ship items back within: 21 days of delivery at his/ her cost once the Return Authorization has been granted by Mossylist.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns and in case of exchange, the customer is also in charge of the shipping charge for the replacement item. Once the item is successfully returned, the agreed upon transaction will occur promptly such as a refund, credit or exchange will occur promptly, within 24 hours of the receipt of the return.
No request for return/ exchange/ refund for any purchased item can be made after 14 days of the receipt.
