Personal Use License - Tangible and Intangible Items

Saja Apparel, Inc. [dba Mossylist] (hereinafter "Mossylist") grants non-exclusive personal use license the purchaser of our items tangible or intangible, subject to the following restrictions. Our tangible items refer to goods that are physically mailed to our customers. Our intangible items refer to download files and image(s) in the files and products.

This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use, reproduction, and/or distribution of our items, tangible or intangible. Our items may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. Our items may not be used in advertising. Our items may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
Copyrights and all rights now and in the future, of and for our items remain exclusively with Mossylist.
There are no warranties, express or implied. Our items are provided 'as is.'
Mossylist will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of our items.
Mossylist designs are protected under United States and International Copyright Laws and Treaties.
Mossylist images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
Mossylist products may not be used in any swap, resale or rental business or any type for profit business without our explicit consent.

License to Use the Site and Mossylist Content

•Mossylist provides (or may at some point provide) music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content") to you.

•Mossylist owns the Content and any improvements to the Content.
•Mossylist reserves the right to change the Content Mossylist makes available to our customers at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy

•All items are in stock unless otherwise stated the item is made to order.

•All in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of work day excluding weekend, holiday, adverse weather or natural/ manmade disaster.

•All items will be shipped using USPS unless the buyer needs the items to be shipped faster. In such a case, its the buyer's responsibility to reach out to us to inquire about another method of shipping must cover the extra shipping charge that arises from such a request.

•Shipping charge is non-refundable unless the shipped item is damaged in transit or there is a manufacturing defect. To request for Shipping

•No request for return/ exchange/ refund for any purchased item can be made after 7 days of the receipt.

Overseas Shipping

•The buyer will be responsible for any duty charge imposed by the buyer's country when shipping overseas.

•All shippings will be done via Express Postal Service. If the buyer desires different shipping method such as FedEx or UPS, please contact us prior to placing the order so we can give youth shipping quote.

Return Policy

•All digital download sales are final. No refund or exchange allowed in our music, video and PDF book download.

•For tangible goods such as clothing, accessories, craft items and books, you must contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the item to initiate the return/ exchange process. You must contact us via email: info@mossylist.com with your order number to begin the process and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may return only new and unopened products in their original packaging for a refund or store credit. The buyer must ship items back within: 21 days of delivery at his/ her cost once the Return Authorization has been granted by Mossylist.

•Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns and in case of exchange, the customer is also in charge of the shipping charge for the replacement item. Once the item is successfully returned, the agreed upon transaction will occur promptly such as a refund, credit or exchange will occur promptly, within 24 hours of the receipt of the return.

•No request for return/ exchange/ refund for any purchased item can be made after 14 days of the receipt.

Privacy

•Building a trust with anyone that visit our website is very important to us. Especially when you are using our e-commerce site. Please be assured that we abide by the legal obligation to protect your privacy. We abide by the California Online Privacy Protection Act 2003 (CalOPPA).

•We will never share your information with any 3rd party. Your information is safe with us.

•We don't store nor have access to your financial information following any transaction.

•If you sign up for future events notification with us, we will only contact you when there is an event. If you change your mind want us to stop contacting you, just let us know via email. We will update our setting within 24 hours.
